Papeete Tahitian Prawns

  • 1lb prawns
  • 14cup chopped onion
  • 2 -3tablespoons oil
  • 12teaspoon salt
  • 18teaspoon ground red pepper (just a pinch, add if more heat is required)
  • 4ounces dry white wine (or water)
  • 2garlic cloves, crushed
  • 12teaspoon paprika
  • 12tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
