Looking for something to make for breakfast? These crepes are quick and easy to make.
Whole Foods sells these French Crepe shells by Jacquet that are delicious and really convenient for those of you who love crepes but do not want to go through the struggle of making crepe batter to make only one crepe. They’re also only about 100 calories per crepe.
I typically heat up the crepe in the toaster oven for a minute or so before putting my food on it and then everything is ready to go!
Now for the inside filling, it’s just eggs, mozzarella cheese, and broccoli. I used about 2 eggs per person. I added ground pepper to the egg mix and then I put about a small handful of mozzarella cheese and half a handful of chopped broccoli in the egg. That’s basically it! It’s very filling and you start your day with tons of protein thanks to the broccoli and eggs!
